Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to GameOn.
The GameOn Promotional Competition ("the Competition") is offered to you by 3Way Group, LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA ("the Promoter"), because you have subscribed to the GameOn Service ("the Service").
These Terms and Conditions contain assumptions of risk and/or liability by Customers and limit and exclude liabilities, obligations and legal responsibilities which the Promoter will have towards Customers and other persons. These Terms and Conditions also limit and exclude Customers' rights and remedies against the Promoter. The Customer must read these Terms and Conditions in full. Use of this Service constitutes agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.1. You must be over 18 years old to take part in the Competition. You may not enter if you are under 18.
1.2. The Subscriber may not enter the Competition if they are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant to the Promoters, or anyone involved in the marketing of the Competition, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters — including a spouse, life partner, parent, child, sibling or business partner of such person.
2.1. GameOn offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. The price applicable to your subscription is the price displayed to you on the checkout page at the time you subscribe. Prices may vary by plan type, promotional offer, billing cycle, or region.
2.2. GameOn may offer different pricing to different users as part of promotional campaigns, A/B pricing tests, regional pricing, or limited-time offers. The price you are shown and accept at checkout is the price that applies to your subscription, regardless of prices shown elsewhere.
2.3. All plans may include a free trial period. The length of the free trial, if any, will be displayed on the checkout page. No charge is made until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
2.4. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan) until cancelled. The billing amount and next billing date will always be visible in your account settings.
2.5. GameOn reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. Where a price increase applies to an existing subscription, you will be given at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
3.1. Fantasy competitions are run for football and other supported sports.
3.2. The aim of the Competition is for Subscribers to pick players from featured professional sports teams each match day, to build a fantasy team.
3.3. A fantasy team earns points based on the actual performance of its players in real-world matches.
3.4. Each fantasy team's points are tracked on a leaderboard.
3.5. The fantasy teams that earn the most points on the final leaderboard stand to win prizes.
4.1. The aim of a predictor competition is to successfully predict the outcome of one or more sport matches.
4.2. Subscribers earn points for each correct prediction.
4.3. Subscribers who accumulate the most points on the final leaderboard stand to win prizes.
5.1. The Competition is open to active subscribers of the Service.
5.2. Subscribers receive one fantasy team entry per Competition.
5.3. All entries must be fully completed no later than 1 minute before kick-off of the first match in the Competition.
5.4. An entry cannot be cancelled once submitted.
5.5. The Promoters will run the Competition on every available match day but this is not guaranteed.
5.6. You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time through your account settings at gameon.land. Upon cancellation you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
6.1. Points are earned during regular match time only. Extra time, penalty shootouts and similar extensions are excluded.
6.2. Points are awarded as follows:
6.3. If a match is cancelled, postponed or stopped, no points will be awarded for that match.
6.4. All statistics are supplied by Stats Perform. Statistics provided by Stats Perform will not be changed by the Promoters. However, Stats Perform may update statistics which may result in scoring changes. Scores provided by Stats Perform are considered final.
7.1. Entry into the Competition does not guarantee winning a prize.
7.2. The Subscribers with the most points earned in each Competition round stand to win prizes based on their final leaderboard position.
7.3. In the event of ties, tied Subscribers win an equal share of the prizes for the tied leaderboard positions.
7.4. The Promoters will announce winners within one hour after the last match in a Competition round has been finalised. Prizes will be paid within seven days of each Competition round finishing.
7.5. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes.
7.6. The Promoters may request documentation for prize distribution. If a winner cannot be reached within 2 days of being contacted, their prize will be forfeited.
7.7. Subscribers agree that, if they win a prize, their name, prizes won, and town/city may be used by the Promoters for promotional purposes. The Subscriber will not be paid for such use.
8.1. Flashback Competitions consist of real matches that were played in the past and are clearly indicated as Flashbacks in the interface.
8.2. All Flashback matches kick off at the Competition start time and run for the duration of the original match.
8.3. Fantasy points are earned as per live competitions.
9.1. The Promoters may immediately end a Subscriber's participation and suspend prize payments if the Subscriber is involved in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
9.2. Subscribers may not resell the Service or their right to participate in the Competition.
9.3. Complaints should be directed to: help@gameon.land.
9.4. By participating, the Subscriber agrees to receive future marketing communications from the Promoters and/or their selected partners.
9.5. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, such part will be treated as deleted and the remainder will continue in force.
10.1. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving any reason (the "Withdrawal Period").
10.2. Waiver of the right of withdrawal for digital content: By clicking "Start Free Trial" and checking the consent box on the checkout page, you expressly request that performance of the Service begins immediately, before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period. You acknowledge that by consenting to immediate access, you lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the equivalent provisions of applicable national law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10.3. If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, do not complete checkout. You may still access the Service after the Withdrawal Period has expired.
10.4. To exercise any remaining withdrawal rights, contact us at help@gameon.land within the Withdrawal Period.
11.1. The Promoter, its employees, contractors, subsidiaries and sponsors will have no legal liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition or reliance on information provided through the Service.
11.2. The Service may not be used to engage in illegal conduct, store or disseminate illegal content, infringe copyright or intellectual property rights, or send spam.
11.3. The Promoter may end or change the Competition at any time and may update these Terms and Conditions. The current version is always available at gameon.land/terms. It is the Subscriber's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
11.4. The Promoter is not responsible for Competition interruptions due to network, internet or device issues.
11.5. By entering the Competition, you confirm your agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
